Dawson (born May 9th, 1979)[3] is an American actress and producer. She made
her feature film debut in the 1995 film, an independent drama Kids. Her roles
in subsequent films include He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats
(2002). Dawson has voiced for Warner Bros./DC Comics, Disney/Marvel and
ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. The actress has also been nominated for the Critics'
Choice Movie Award for the Best Actress In a Comedy for Top Five (2014), Trance
(2013), Top Five (2014) Zombieland: Double Tap (2019). Dawson was born in New
York City on May 9, 1979. Her mother, Isabel Celeste, is of Afro-Cuban and
Puerto Rican ancestry. Isabel was just 16 at the time that Rosario was born;
she did not marry Rosario's father, Patrick C. Harris. When Rosario was a year
old, her mother was married to Greg Dawson, a construction worker. Dawson is
four years older than Clay. Clay is Dawson’s half-brother. Dawson is also
famous for having several roles in comic-book adaptations.These include Gail in
Sin City (2005) and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple in five
of the Marvel/Netflix series (2015-2018), and acting as Diana Prince/Wonder
Women in the DC Animated Movie Universe and Space Jam: A New Legacy and Barbara
Gordon/Batgirl on The Lego Batman Movie. The actress played Ahsoka Tano on The
Mandalorian's second season in 2020 and will also be appearing in the Disney+
original series Ahsoka. She also has a recurring part in the Dwayne Johnson
autobiographical comedy series Young Rock in 2021.
